A little care goes a long way

Natural stones, elastic, wood beads and decorative metal accents all benefit from gentle handling. Follow any specific care instructions on your bracelet's product page.

Keep it dry

Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, exercising or cleaning. Avoid soaking it, especially if the design includes wood beads or metal accents.

Keep chemicals away

Apply perfume, lotion and other cosmetics before putting your bracelet on. Avoid contact with household cleaners and abrasive products.

Clean gently

Wipe the beads and accents with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, steam or harsh jewellery solutions.

Store with care

Keep your bracelet in a soft pouch or a separate compartment in a jewellery box. Store it away from direct sunlight, high heat and damp conditions, and protect it from hard impacts.

Protect the elastic

Roll stretch bracelets on and off gently rather than pulling them wide. If you notice loose elastic or damage, stop wearing the bracelet and contact us for guidance.
